



Attained LEED/Silver compliance while planning site and facility for the center which draws 135,000 students and 265,000 visitors annually. The site doubles as a county park, with benches and tide pools at harbor’s edge.
100% native plants were used with elements to infiltrate all rainwater, and the facility and site were based on their relationship to the ocean and to bluffs towering above.
